Depression is a condition that has affected almost everyone's mental health. Most of us have known the negative feelings of the "blues." Many of us have gone all the way to a clinical depression. The goal of this site is to offer you self-help, online training in the recognition of negative thoughts which contribute to various feelings associated with depression. The online training has been systematically designed to improve your ability to recognize your own thinking patterns that contribute to your depression.

The first training session is free! When you are ready, go to login and sign up, but be aware most people suffering from depression need someone to encourage them in order to finish the training.
